Digital Asset Portfolio Manager

We’re building a lean, high-performance trading desk and are seeking a Senior Crypto Trader with ~6 years of experience to take ownership of live strategies and scale into a Head of Trading role.

What You’ll Do

Run your own crypto trading strategy from day one

Full ownership from idea to execution, including risk and performance tracking

Optimize and operate ultra-low-latency (tick-to-trade, single-digit µs) strategies

Scale P&L and build infrastructure around your trading edge

Help shape the future structure and direction of the desk

Requirements

Currently live with a profitable crypto strategy (or recently)

Deep understanding of market microstructure, HFT, and execution risk

Strong Python / C++ skills for rapid development / testing (plus)

Strategic thinker with leadership potential
