Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of diversified projects
Have experience working with large multi-national organizations dealing with project delivery in the US
Oversee and manage a team of developers / delivery team responsible for delivering projects in Onshore / Offshore delivery model
Handle Customer escalations and meetings to deal with international clients directly for project management, signoff, etc.
Work with project managers to ensure that technical deliverables are met within the specified timeframe and budget
Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients
Making all significant work activity of the team visible
Review code changes and provide feedback to developers to ensure adherence to company standards
Monitor project progress and identifying / managing risks that could affect delivery
Escalate issues to senior management as necessary
Prepare reports on project status and deliverables for upper management
Train and mentor junior members of the team and encourage the junior Innovators to take responsibility for their development within the company
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in service delivery
Be in constant touch and act as liaison between customer and company to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Manage client interaction and expectations regarding development efforts
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and identify new opportunities
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Master's / Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
15+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in a technical leadership role
Experience managing solution delivery projects from inception to delivery
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Improving the work value stream : removing tactical impediments, improving work process for more effective, consistent and sustainable execution, etc
