Danfoss is hiring for a Teamcenter Admin Infrastructure Consultant to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the Teamcenter PLM infrastructure across development, test, and production environments. You will play a key role in ensuring system availability, performance, and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust PLM solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure supporting the PLM system, including servers and databases.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure operations teams to ensure continuous PLM service availability.
• Oversee installations, configurations, maintenance releases, and upgrades of PLM software and integrated applications.
• Plan and allocate resources for PLM infrastructure to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintenance releases.
• Ensure system health and security by addressing vulnerabilities and implementing best practices.
• Manage PLM software licensing and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
• Implement and manage performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Analyze system performance data, trends, and logs to diagnose issues and recommend optimizations.
• Work with IT and vendors to fine-tune system parameters, database queries, and infrastructure settings.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system response times and overall health.
• Plan and execute manual performance testing for new releases and major system changes.
