Job descriptionDevelop and monitor detailed work schedules, resource plans, and manpower deployment. Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for timely execution. Liaise with procurement teams for material requirements and timely availability. Liaise with contract teams for Work order and timely availability of contractor. Lead and mentor site team and all contractors / vendors. Monitor contractor performance and resolve site-level issues effectively. Ensure contractors follow agreed schedules, BOQ, and scope of work. Track project progress against timelines and budgets, ensuring milestones are achieved. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Highlight risks, delays, and propose mitigation plans proactively. Implement strict quality control measures across all stages of construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment at site. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and report deviations with corrective actions. Strong knowledge of commercial projects Expertise in finishing works (flooring, false ceiling, painting, MEP coordination, interiors). Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD Excellent communication and coordination skills.
