Meritto - Analyst - Security & Compliance

Job Description :

In Security and Compliance, your role will be to keep Meritto safe and sound. Your day will involve monitoring systems, implementing protocols, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards to protect our clients and :

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance policies, procedures and controls, to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure the policies are communicated and enforced effectively across the company.
• Help Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and work on the remediation plans as needed.
• Support the delivery of training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business processes and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and proactively plan the steps to conform, as necessary.
• Help investigate compliance incidents and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Contribute to preparing reports for senior management on the compliance program and any significant issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, including audit findings, remediation plans, and training records etc.
