• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and expectations
• Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing strategies
