Job description

As a Test Engineer Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship programs designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in software testing. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in training programs covering software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Learn to design, write, and maintain test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
Assist in executing manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure quality.
Document and report defects using designated tracking tools, ensuring clear and concise communication of issues.
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software testing.
Adhere to high quality work standards
Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere’s information assets including business critical information

Skills and Experience :

BE / BTech fresher and basic knowledge of networking protocols.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
