Job descriptionMaster’s / M.Phil / Ph.D. in Literature, Linguistics, Philosophy, Communication, Journalism, etc. C1 or higher proficiency in English (written and spoken) Strong content writing skills in your subject area Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities Familiarity with LLMs and machine learning concepts (training provided) Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to changing priorities

What You’ll Do
- Create and annotate training data to improve AI performance (fluency, coherence, tone, etc.)
- Analyze and refine AI-generated content for grammatical accuracy and linguistic quality
- Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and engineers to fine-tune language models
- Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with clear production targets
