Job descriptionAt least 8-10 years of experience in Information / Telecom technology Proven track record in producing, communicating and documenting successful technical customer solutions Working experience on enterprise customer projects : Network Solutions (Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless) Must demonstrate strong understanding of firewalls Architecture with hands on experience. Good to have Juniper certifications (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIE) Ability to work independently in critical Experience in Implementing Patches Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Change Management / Project management skills Strong communication and Analytical skills Quality and process oriented
Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for design, implementation, configuration and support Juniper (MX, SRX, MIST) platforms.
- Oversee the Managed services for customers, ensuring that configurations are optimized.
- Schedule updates for customer services.
- Participate in meetings and reviews with customers, providing reports on the performance and projects.
- Perform troubleshooting and incident management for high-priority issues and ensure that they are resolved within the time frames set by service level agreements.
- Handle customer technical enquiries as well as service-related queries.
- Day to day configuration management and operations of firewalls, switches and WAN technologies.
- Support project manager with coordination of the final delivery / migration steps.
- Define and conduct service acceptance tests
- Chair the service activation / migration conference and drive change guideline / migration runbook and provide the service acceptance report
