Job Overview

Gamyam Info Tech LLP is looking for a Software Tech Lead with strong expertise in Python and Django to join our development team.

This role involves hands-on coding, leading developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality applications.

Location : Hyderabad / Razole (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Python.
• Take complete ownership of modules and features—from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & implement new features.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Work with CI / CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team to deliver on time.
• Solve complex technical problems and perform architectural decision making.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
