Entrustech is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong backend development background and hands-on experience in AI and agentic AI applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building robust, scalable systems and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Node.js.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs for high-performance applications.

Collaborate with AI / ML engineers to implement AI-driven solutions and agentic AI capabilities into products.

Work with cloud services (primarily Google Cloud Platform) to deploy, manage, and scale applications.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI / UX, product management, and QA.

Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of professional software development experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js, with deep understanding of their core concepts.

Proven experience in RESTful API development.

Hands-on experience with AI and agentic AI systems.

Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Frontend experience with React.js, Next.js, Angular, and GraphQL.

Experience with startup culture and agile development environments.

Familiarity with

Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firestore.

DevOps tools : Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines.

Messaging & streaming : Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub / Sub.

Version control : Git, GitHub / GitLab.

Testing frameworks : Jest, Mocha, PyTest.

Security best practices in backend development.
