Job Role Summary : Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly in Performance and Goal Management. The ideal candidate should have integration, implementation, and support experience, and be capable of contributing to solution design, development, and technical support in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical solutions and support for Oracle HCM Cloud Performance and Goal Management modules.
  • Develop and maintain artifacts including HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, OTBI dashboards, HDL, and HSDL scripts.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements to create scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and implement custom reports, data conversions, and system integrations.
  • Support system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in quarterly update testing cycles.
  • Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for seamless system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Document technical configurations, customizations, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–8 years of technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM – Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, and Payroll modules.
  • Proficient in HDL / HSDL, Fast Formulas, BIP, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API-based integrations.
  • Sound understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data models and HR business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Oracle HCM certifications are a plus.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Redwood and Customizations.
  • Exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Experience with global implementations and multi-country environments.
  • Familiarity with agile project delivery and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
