Job Description :

Milvik Bima is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to drive process implementation, optimize and enhance our existing system, troubleshoot operational challenges, and standardize financial workflows for improved efficiency. The consultant will work closely with our finance and operations teams across multiple international markets to not only address day-to-day system issues but also drive process improvements, implement new workflows, optimize configurations, and enhance overall system efficiency to ensure seamless financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement best practices for intercompany transactions, ensuring proper setup and integration.
• Standardize sales and purchase invoice formatting for consistency across markets.
• Develop standardized upload templates for various financial processes.
• Set up and manage approval workflows to ensure seamless transaction approvals.
• Conduct strong root cause analysis to identify and resolve system inefficiencies and recurring errors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve foreign exchange calculation errors, year-end closing issues, and missing dimensions (e.g., book codes, cost centers, packages).
• Configure and fix financial reports such as Trial Balance (TB), Aging Reports, and other key financial statements.
• Maintain and optimize user permissions to enforce security and compliance.
• Provide user training and support to finance and operations teams, ensuring smooth system adoption.
• Work effectively with teams where English is not the first language, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
