Role Overview

We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to lead design initiatives for a core AI-first B2B SaaS product focused on the US market. This is a full-time, remote role offering high ownership and the opportunity to shape intelligent, intuitive product experiences from the ground up.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across teams to design features powered by cutting-edge AI technology. This role is ideal for someone excited to define the user experience for products that combine advanced automation with clear, human-centred design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI / UX design process for our AI-first SaaS product
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to build intuitive, business-impacting user experiences
• Conduct user research, synthesise insights, and translate them into meaningful design outcomes
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI assets for core product features
• Establish and evolve a design system that supports consistency and scalability
• Continuously iterate based on feedback, data, and usability testing
• Stay informed on design trends, AI capabilities, and enterprise UX best practices
