Role purpose :
The purpose of this role is to provide end to end leadership of the Workfront platform in supporting all business functions. Partnering with the business, this role will drive end-to-end solutioning, delivery, & service management of Workfront as well as ensuring business value. This role ensures a coordinated focus on best practice and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities :
- Own the technology agenda and roadmap, working with the business function to drive delivery and evolution of Workfront (application, integration, data management and infrastructure).
- Ensure system compliance and protection of employee data.
- Support the business leadership to manage the technology elements of key programs.
- Develop, lead and maintain the Workfront roadmap, driving the agenda in line with the business priorities.
- Own, develop and maintain the Workfront architecture (enterprise, application, integration, data and infrastructure).
- Work with the business function & regional directors to provide solutions to markets and brands in line with business strategy.
- Collaborate with the business function & regional directors to obtain agreement on a prioritized and achievable portfolio aligned to business / technology strategy. The portfolio is typically a mix of projects and small enhancements.
- Own capacity and capability planning for the team in response to regional and function demand. Ensure appropriate resourcing model is in place to meet the business needs within the relevant funding model.
- Lead a team of solution, delivery & service management technology experts to ensure reliable, compliant, scalable and highly available application services to the business.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the whole team, promoting a customer-centric mindset and driving employee engagement and development.
- Responsible for the performance of all technology vendors and delivery service providers in the space.
Qualifications :
Overall 15+ years' experience out of which 2-4 years of experience in Workfront centric technology landscape.Devops platforms such as Jira / Confluence or Microsoft Azure Devops.Mandatory skills and experience :
Hands-on experience as a Workfront (or a similar) platform manager, knowledgeable in all key modules.Proven track record of establishing and leading a high-performance delivery organization.In depth experience in defining and delivering a large portfolio mix of large / medium / small projects in an ERP centric technology landscape.Expertise in managing constraints, risks and challenges expected in large deployments / portfolio.Ability to tactfully manage stakeholder expectations.Knowledgeable in driving continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.Broad technical expertise combined with strong leadership and communication capabilities to drive innovation and change.Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications.Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.Proven ability to deliver on commitment.Desired skills and experience :
Certifications on Workfront or a similar work management system.Experience of at least one end to end Workfront (or similar) implementation project.Good knowledge of JIRA / Azure Devops and Agile Scrum.Experience in an international and cross-cultural organizationref : hirist.tech)
