Main duties
Source and recruit frontline fundraising staff in the assigned locationUnderstand the profile of a typical candidate, the job and the organizationPrepare recruitment materials and post on job boards and other agreed locationsContribute to the development of a sourcing plan for your location, e.g. through newspaper adverts, job fairs, colleges, social media etc.Build a pipeline of suitable candidates by building influential candidate relationshipsFollow the agreed recruitment process to receive CVs, screen them and respond back to candidates throughout the various stages of recruitmentScreen walk-ins and CVsCoordinate the interview process - scheduling interviews, etc.Communicate with candidates about the status of their applicationsConduct reference check of the candidate selectedRegularly report on the status of recruitments and data about candidatesReview regularly the quality of CV's and its effectiveness and make necessary changes after checking with the recruitment managerApplied knowledge and skill
Proven experience as a recruiter in recruiting for frontline sales / telecalling staff (either as in-house recruiter or with a staffing company)Hands on experience with various selection processesFamiliarity with recruitment related softwares and job portalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven skills in using Excel to prepare reports
