Job descriptionAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLM and Digital Thread technologies, delivering strategic guidance and best practices to help clients achieve business outcomes.Conduct assessments and gap analyses, recommending tailored PLM solutions to align with clients' business functions.Create and deliver compelling pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, and persuasive proposals to potential clients.Identify and engage potential clients to drive new business opportunities and expand the company’s services portfolio.Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and other client requests with detailed, customized proposals that meet their specific needs.Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue and grow market presence.Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely and successful solution delivery.Foster strong client relationships to gain a deep understanding of their goals and challenges, enabling customized solution offerings.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform clients and enhance solution value.Mentor and coach junior consultants to promote knowledge sharing, skills development, and career growth within the team.QualificationsMinimum 16 years of experience in the PLM domain with demonstrated expertise in relevant technologies and processes.Proven track record of at least one complete PLM implementation using PTC Windchill.Solid understanding of Digital Thread concepts and their practical application in PLM environments and integrations.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and internal teams.Extensive experience in pre-sales functions, including solution design, proposal creation, and client presentations.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.Ability to excel in both collaborative team environments and independent initiatives.
