RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain world-class application hosting in collaboration with a vendor.
- Provide hands-on analysis and administration for : Cloud computing and Middleware services like IIS, Apache, Tomcat.
- Assist with implementation, administer and monitor of cloud storage services example Nasuni, Azure files to support business initiatives.
- Cloud Cost Optimization : Assist in monitoring and managing cloud expenses to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting : Help diagnose and resolve cloud-related issues to maintain system reliability.
- Security & Compliance Support : Implement security measures and ensure compliance with Industry and Cyber Security standards
- Cloud Backup & Disaster Recovery : Assist in setting up and maintaining backup solutions for business continuity.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Track cloud performance metrics and generate reports for analysi
- Collaboration with Development Teams : Work closely with developers to optimize cloud-based applications.
- Administrative scripting with Terraform, PowerShell, etc.
- Implement maintenance outages, software upgrades and patches, escalation of issues, scoping changes to existing arrangements and new needs.
- Help to support vendor change control processes, escalations and emergency needs.
- Document servers, capacity, future expansion and recoverable resources on a regular basis.
- Produce and maintain enterprise-level documentation for the application deployment and supporting infrastructure.
- Capture, prioritize and resolve on-going issues.
- Provide 24x7 on call support for production environment on rotation and need basis.
- Required to liaise with others inside / outside the department in a proactive and reactive manner in order to provide or obtain information to keep people informed so that work is completed effectively.

Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.Technical Certifications :

At least 5 (five) years of demonstrated IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level, mission-critical applications resolving complex issues / situations and driving technical resolution across cross-functional organizations.2+ years of experience working on cloud computing technologies.Experience with cloud storage services. Example Nasuni, Azure Files.Strong technical skills with managing one or more of Middleware services IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBossExperience with automation and scripting using Terraform, PowerShell, etc.Experience with Azure DevOps, CI / CD or equivalent.Ability to troubleshoot multi-tiered applications (determining if the issue is at the web, app, or DB tier for example)Basic network troubleshooting, including TCP connectivity, DNS issuesAbility to report on and analyze OS metrics, including disk space, CPU, and memory utilization from within the server OS as well as from cloud consoles or monitoring toolsAbility to follow through with issues as reported by business or technical clients, determining next steps as needed.ITIL certification is a plus.Provide support after normal work hours when necessary.Behaviours & Aptitude :
