Handle customer queries, concerns, or feedback in a polite, solution-oriented way. Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer Meet daily / weekly targets related to call volume, onboarding completions, and Graduate in any discipline (preferred) 0–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or onboarding roles Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus) Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently Familiarity with CRM tools or call management systems is an advantage Comfortable working with defined KPIs and performance metrics Empathetic and customer-focused Self-motivated and target-oriented Professional and courteous phone etiquette Team player with a positive attitude Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM

About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Onboarding Support to support our client project.
The agent will connect with customers via outbound and inbound calls to assist them in
