The Role :

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating technical findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.

Skills Required :

Must To Have Skills :

  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
  • Qualifications and Experience :

  • B.Tech / BE
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
