Responsibilities
- Deliver Asset Management services for multiple customers
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' IB data
- Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience
Required Skills
Expert-level proficiency in Korean or Japanese (written and verbal)Strong understanding of Customer's business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategiesAdvanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysisProficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BIExcellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approachKey Job Duties
Ensure customer IB is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levelsLead the implementation of Asset Management servicesOnboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sourcesIdentify discrepancies and manage MACD activitiesProvide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally
