Job Requirements :
- Experience : 2-4 years of professional experience in product design, with a significant portion spent working with consumer-facing products.
- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead design projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior designers.
- Portfolio : A polished and comprehensive portfolio highlighting your expertise through detailed case studies and visually compelling work.
- Design Systems : Extensive experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
- Problem-Solving : Exceptional ability to break down and solve complex user experience challenges with innovative solutions.
- Adaptability : Proven track record of excelling in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a strong sense of prioritization.
- Communication : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
