Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Law School located in Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Law Program's operations at Accurate Group of Institutions. The Director will be responsible for the entire functioning of the Law college including admissions as well as academic delivery. The Director should also be aware of BCI norms and should have liasoning experience with university as well as BCI (Bar Council of India)

Qualifications

• PhD in Law from a reputed university
• Bachelors and Masters Degree in Law.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in industry (legal) and academics in legal education, with administrative experience as a Dean or Director preferred, at a recognized university or institution.
• Exposure of dealing with Bar Council of India for approvals and affiliations
• Able to demonstrate high-level academic leadership and experience with curriculum design, delivery, and assessment
• Strong understanding of the higher education regulatory environment and compliance requirements
• A proven track record for excellence in teaching and research, evidenced through publications, conference presentations, leadership, and teaching awards
• Ability to mentor and develop faculty and staff in support of program objectives
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster and maintain relationships with Industry, Government, and Society to ensure relevance, responsiveness, and impact of the program
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of academic life
