Join a reputed design-build contracting firm delivering prestigious façade projects across India. Were looking for an experienced Head of Tendering Façade to lead our pre-contract efforts, from pricing to project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end tendering process for façade packages including unitized curtain walls, ACP, structural glazing, stone cladding, GRC, etc.

Scrutinize tender documents, drawings, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals.

Collaborate with design, procurement, and commercial teams to develop competitive and technically compliant offers.

Manage vendor / supplier quotations and subcontractor inputs to ensure cost efficiency.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and estimation partners for clarifications, negotiations, and bid follow-ups.

Present bid strategies and commercial risk assessments to top management.

Oversee tender submissions for both government and private sector façade works.

Ideal Candidate :

• 12-18 years of experience in façade tendering, estimation, or pre-construction roles.
• Deep technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and fabrication processes.

Experience with large commercial, high-rise, and hospitality projects.

Proficient in MS Excel, estimation tools, AutoCAD, and reading technical drawings.

Strong commercial acumen and vendor negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
