Role Overview :

We are hiring for the position of US Dispatcher at our Jaipur office. This is a night shift role supporting a

blended process that includes voice calls, chat assistance, and email communication. You will be responsible

for managing live dispatch operations, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination with

drivers and customers in the US.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to coordinate with drivers and address client concerns
Respond promptly to queries via chat and email platforms
Monitor active deliveries and dispatch schedules in real-time
Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide real-time support to resolve exceptions
Maintain accurate logs of communication and delivery activities
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for escalation and reporting
Work closely with US-based operations teams and local support teams
Provide timely updates to stakeholders and maintain high-quality service standards

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in handling web-based tools, email platforms, and basic Excel

Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail

Prior experience in a US logistics / BPO / dispatch environment is preferred

Must be open to working night shifts and on weekends (rotational)

Educational & Professional Background :

Minimum qualification : Graduate (any stream)

1-3 years of experience in a similar customer support or dispatch profile

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
