Electrician Maintenance Technician (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair :

Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in machines, cranes, and other equipment.

Inspect and replace faulty components, such as wiring, switches, relays, and motors.

Preventive Maintenance :

Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime.

Keep records of maintenance activities and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues.

Installation & Upgradation :

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical systems.

Perform electrical upgrades and modifications as required.

Compliance & Safety :

Adhere to all safety protocols and standards while working on electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with factory electrical codes and regulations.

Inventory Management :

Maintain an adequate inventory of electrical spare parts and tools.

Report shortages or requirements to the supervisor.

Collaboration :

Coordinate with the mechanical maintenance team and production staff to minimize equipment downtime.

Support other maintenance activities, such as HVAC or lighting systems, as needed.
