About the Role

The role involves promoting and selling residential real estate properties developed by us, understanding client requirements, and providing appropriate project options and guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential real estate properties developed by our company.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate project options and guidance.
  • Handle client inquiries and conduct project site visits.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Stay up-to-date with project details, industry trends, pricing, and competitors.
  • Coordinate with the CRM and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
  • Provide post-sales support including documentation and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or PG in any discipline.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate background preferred).
