Position Summary :
The Analyst is responsible is to focused on analysing procurement data using Power BI to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and optimize procurement processes, by developing insightful dashboards and reports, while collaborating closely with procurement teams to translate data into actionable insights; requiring strong skills in data manipulation, Power BI visualization, and a thorough understanding of procurement practices.
Processes mapping, data collection and communications. Partner with Category Managers and Supply Chain to create business review presentations, Power BI, Power Apps Design and management, assemble and visualize performance statistics, and maintain category strategy decks for the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders to extract and align data for reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver performance insights.
- Design and manage Power Apps to support workflow automation and process efficiency.
- Support teams with advanced Excel tools, including pivot tables, formulas, and automation.
- Conduct spend analysis to uncover trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and support data-driven Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.
- Generate timely reports and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Build data models and collaborate across functions to support analytics and forecasting.
- Drive process improvements through automation and continuous optimization initiatives.
Qualification & Certification (if applicable)
Bachelor’s Degree (in Engineering or data Analytics ) from top tier UniversityGood academic records, 60 % & above across all academicsExperience
4+ Years in Data Analytics in Manufacturing industry2+ years of experience in Sourcing or a related disciplineExperience in multi-national, global operations preferredComputer Skills
Strong Power BI and Power Apps Expertise : Deep understanding of Power BI functionalities including data transformation, data modelling, DAX calculations, and visualization capabilitiesSQL SkillsStrong Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, access or other database technologies with an ability to calculate summary, financial, and / or statistical dataCommunication & Language Proficiency
