Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned, high-performing Senior IT Sales Manager to lead and scale our enterprise sales initiatives. You will be the driving force behind client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. Your expertise in IT sales, exceptional communication skills, and results-oriented mindset will be crucial to building long-term client relationships and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution-driven conversations
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with company offerings
  • Lead negotiations, proposal development, and contract closures
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team development

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of successful IT sales experience, preferably in enterprise tech, SaaS, or digital solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets and closing large-scale deals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – strong presence in both boardrooms and field meetings
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, solution selling, and client management
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a high sense of ownership and drive
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
