Salary : $109,543 - $123,772 (Plus 12% Super)

About the Role :

An upcoming opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Exercise Physiologist with experience working in a rehabilitation setting to join the University of Canberra Exercise Physiology team in a temporary capacity. The suitable applicant will ideally be familiar with a sub- acute hospital and / or community rehabilitation setting. The successful applicant will join the multidisciplinary and diverse Brindabella Rehabilitation team and will provide clinical interventions and support to junior EP staff across inpatient and outpatient settings including the aquatic exercise therapy service.

The UCH based Exercise Physiology (EP) Team are based within the Brindabella Day and Ambulatory Rehabilitation Services (BDARS) and provide Exercise Physiology services to UCH inpatient and outpatient services. This includes BDARS, UCH Inpatient Rehabilitation Wards, Aquatic Exercise / Hydrotherapy Service and the Sub Acute Mental Health inpatient and outpatient services based at UCH.

The CHS Exercise Physiology Profession Lead provides professional support to the UCH EP team.

This position will require you to work flexibly across services / locations and may be required to participate in a weekend roster.
