We are hiring SAP Project Manager with expertise in E2E Greenfield implementations projects.

Location : Pune & Kolkata

Job Type : Full-time / Contract / Hybrid / Remote

Experience Level : 10+ Years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Greenfield SAP S / 4HANA implementations under the RISE with SAP model. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex SAP programs across multiple geographies and industries, with a strong focus on transformation, change management, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead full-cycle Greenfield implementations of SAP S / 4HANA under RISE with SAP.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risks across the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with SAP, hyperscaler partners (e.g., AWS, Azure), and system integrators to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, solution architects, technical leads, and integration teams.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and RISE deployment standards.
  • Oversee cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare management.
  • Facilitate change management, user training, and communication strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and steering committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP project management.
  • At least 2 end-to-end Greenfield S / 4HANA implementations as Project Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP deployments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, S / 4HANA architecture, and cloud landscapes.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-functional teams and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
