Job Title : Abinitio Tech Lead

Role : Abinitio Tech Lead

Responsibilities :

We are looking for a motivated Abinitio Tech Lead with a passion for Insurance domain. . As an Abinitio Tech Lead, you will be responsible for assisting in various projects related to Abinitio Development and Enhancemnet requirements You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to Develop Or enhance an existing application. You will have to mentor the junior resources in Abnitio technical and have to manage all the Abinitio requirement implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and guide a team of Abinitio developers.
• Design, develop and optimize Abinitio related requirements
• Plan and execute development tasks
• Collaborate with business stake holders to understand the requirements
• Conduct research and development to improve quality of work.
• Participate in team meetings to understand requirements with clients, tracking of abinitio related tasks and staus update
• Maintain documentation for design, processes and best practices
• Provide technical training and mentorship to junior developers
