Experience : Minimum 8 years in investment management, wealth advisory, or financial services

Education : Master’s Degree from an accredited college

CTC : 15 LPA+

Job Summary :

The Investment Counsellor / Private Wealth Manager will be responsible for providing tailored investment solutions to HNI / Ultra HNI clients . The role demands expertise in financial markets, portfolio management, and relationship-building to drive asset growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their financial goals and risk appetite.
Provide personalized investment strategies, portfolio reviews, and market insights.
Ensure proactive communication on portfolio performance and market trends.
Acquire new clients through referrals and open market sourcing, expanding the AUM and revenue.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial planning discussions.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong communication skills (multilingual preferred).

In-depth market knowledge and ability to identify investment opportunities.

Analytical & convincing skills to drive financial solutions.

Service-oriented approach with perseverance and result-driven mindset.

Teamwork, initiative, and creativity in client engagement strategies.

Certifications :

Must possess mandatory industry certifications as per company policy.
