Job Title : Senior Full-Stack Developer

Location : Hyderabad

Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in Next.js 15, React 19, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to join our growing engineering team. As a key contributor, youll architect and build scalable, high-performance web applications, mentor junior team members, and help define our development best practices.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js 15 and React 19 on the frontend, and Node.js with PostgreSQL on the backend.
Build and optimize server-rendered and statically generated pages with the latest features in Next.js 15 (e.g., App Router, Server Actions, Partial Prerendering).
Develop APIs and backend services with Express.js or custom Node.js frameworks.
Architect scalable and maintainable database schemas in PostgreSQL.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
Lead or contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and performance issues across the stack.
Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies, especially evolving features in React and Next.js.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on full-stack web development.

Expert-level knowledge of Next.js 15 and React 19, including advanced routing, server components, Suspense, and modern React patterns.

Deep experience with Node.js, including building RESTful and / or GraphQL APIs.

Strong database skills with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and data modeling.

Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (e.g., Git, CI / CD, Docker, monorepos, testing frameworks).

Experience deploying apps on cloud platforms (e.g., Vercel, AWS, GCP).

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with TypeScript.

Familiarity with ORM tools like Prisma or Sequelize.

Experience with DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing.

Exposure to microservices architecture or service-oriented design.
