Job Description :
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultants specializing in Finance, HRMS, or SCM domains to join our team for Oracle R12 on-premise implementation and support projects. These are full-time, onsite roles across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise in PL / SQL, Oracle development tools, and deep domain knowledge of their respective modules.
Role : EBS HRMS Technical Consultant
Experience Required : 5- 8 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical development and support for Core HR, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Learning Management, and Succession Planning modules.
- Develop custom reports, data interfaces, and conversions using PL / SQL and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with HR functional teams for ongoing support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Assist in configuration, testing, and documentation for HR-related processes.
Must-Have Skills :
Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle HRMS R12 modules.Strong PL / SQL and Oracle Reports (RDF / BI Publisher) programming skills.Experience in Fast Formulas, APIs, and HR data structures.Understanding of payroll processing, time & labor, and HR business practices.ref : hirist.tech)
