Job descriptionEdit high-quality reels using Premier Pro / Final Cut / CapCut Add transitions, text, hooks, and trending formats Deliver quick edits for launch deadlines Maintain consistent brand style across all videos Suggest content ideas aligned with trends Work closely with brand managers for shoot requirements Collaborate with the social media agency (Radhika) Understand brand tone and adapt content accordingly 1–3 years experience in content creation / videography Strong editing skills (Premier Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) Good eye for angles, lighting, and storytelling Comfortable shooting both products and people Ability to handle fast-paced content deadlines Strong understanding of Instagram Reels trends Creative mindset + problem-solving approach Experience with short-form content for brands is a bonus Shoot with artists across India for Track’d Work on fast-growing youth brands Full freedom to create and experiment Be part of a creative, high-energy environment Work directly with the founder and brand heads Opportunities to travel for shoots & festivals

🔹 About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and creative In-House Content Producer to create high-quality video content across all brands under Techno Be With You (TBWY) — including Track’d (YouTube music platform) , Wave Earplugs , Khilona , and our Marketplace gadget category .
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves shooting, editing, experimenting with trends, and creating fast-turnaround content. You’ll be capturing artist BTS, product videos, unboxings, festival clips, and everything in between.
If you understand Instagram Reels, short-form storytelling, and youth culture — this role is perfect for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Shooting + Production
- Shoot 5–8 reels per week across multiple brands
- Capture BTS content during Track’d artist shoots
- Film Wave Earplugs festival coverage & product demos
- Shoot Khilona + marketplace product videos
- Build a content library for upcoming campaigns
Editing + Post Production
Creative + Strategy

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
