Job Description :
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Associate / Business Associate to support category-level growth by executing strategic seller interventions. The role involves working closely with sellers to enhance selection, improve seller engagement, and drive adoption of key programs like Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
You will be the bridge between category goals and seller success, ensuring seamless onboarding and program migration, while also managing ongoing communication and seller readiness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute strategic seller-level interventions in alignment with category priorities
- Drive onboarding of new selection and actively assist in migrating sellers to the FBA model
- Engage sellers through phone, email, and virtual meetings to drive performance outcomes
- Build strong working relationships with sellers and identify opportunities for growth
- Communicate benefits of category initiatives and ensure seller readiness
- Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to unblock seller issues and optimize processes
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldStrong communication and negotiation skillsFluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)Comfortable interacting with sellers over calls and virtual meetingsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is a plusPrior experience in e-commerce or sales support roles is an advantagePreferred Qualities :
