Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Gurugram office :

Assistant Manager / Relationship Manager - Employee Health & Benefits Practice

  • We will count on you to : Key responsibility is that he / she is a Team Member and part of Account Management team
  • The role is to collaborate / work with Client Account Managers for global / central coordination services for Indian or global or regional multinational clients as below
  • Act as a team member to support client Account Managers
  • Coordinate and facilitate project kick off / ongoing operational meetings with relevant client stakeholders within MMB and Clients
  • Review, follow up, coordinate and consolidate renewal proposals / benchmarking reports / claim utilisation reports received from MMB local country
  • Liase with MMB local country leads to schedule calls to understand the proposals / documents
  • Taking the responsibility to coordinate with CoE team to update benefits management tools
  • Continuous support to address queries of clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Track current broking arrangements (Premium invoices / BOR) and repository of all benefits document that need to be update in internal tools.
  • Build relationship and be proactive with stake holder (Internal / external)
  • Identify & discuss opportunities with Client Account Manager to bring efficiencies in the process

What you need to have :

  • Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
  • Domain Knowledge preferred.
  • MBA degree
  • Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • 5- 7 years of experience having good project management skills having knowledge
