Job Summary :
- The Assistant Manager Closing plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the Closing team.
- This position requires a strong background in both preand post-closing processes within the real estate / title industry and previous experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- The AM will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, team performance, and client satisfaction while reporting directly to the Manager or Operations Head.
- The AM will serve as the escalation point for clients and internal teams, support continuous process improvement, oversee the implementation of new policies, and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
- The role demands excellent people management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive performance in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily closing operations and provide leadership to Team Leads and their respective teams.Ensure timely and accurate processing of files in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Monitor team performance, review pipelines, identify process bottlenecks, and take corrective action when needed.Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.Act as the first point of escalation for client issues and work closely with stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.Work with the Manager to support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.Perform detailed quality assurance checks and audits, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.Drive adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.Prepare and present reports on team productivity, quality, and other key metrics to senior management.Coordinate with internal departments (Compliance, Technology, HR) for seamless workflow.Support change management efforts and foster a positive team culture aligned withcompany values.
Assist in project rollouts and new client transitions when needed.Required Skills :
