Quality Engineer- Selenium

Location- Pune (Onsite)

Experience Range- 6+ years

Notice Period- Immediate Joiners

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, creating automation strategies, and supporting data and environment configurations. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, monitor defects, and support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
