Job Summary :
The VP - Investment Banking (Equity Side) will lead institutional partnerships and fundraising initiatives with corporate, institutional, and philanthropic partners. The role requires a strategic professional capable of building long-term funding relationships, developing innovative fundraising strategies, and ensuring financial sustainability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end equity fund-raising transactions including IPOs, private placements, and rights issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, PE / VC funds, and HNIs.
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and structure innovative equity solutions.
- Oversee due diligence, valuation, and transaction documentation processes.
- Manage investor presentations, pitch books, and financial models.
- Advise clients on capital structuring, pricing, and positioning strategies.
- Negotiate deal terms and manage investor onboarding processes.
- Monitor post-transaction activities, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of mandates.
- Keep abreast of capital market trends and recommend strategic initiatives to management.
