Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce B2B Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our B2B processes and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and LWC.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on B2B solutions.

Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.

Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git.

Knowledge of integration techniques and tools (e.g., REST / SOAP APIs, middleware).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II).

Experience with Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud.

Familiarity with CI / CD processes and tools.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.
