Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Enterprise Sales professional to grow our institutional partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing training and skilling projects with corporates, industry associations, colleges, and government departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage with HR, L&D, CSR, and skilling teams of corporates and institutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for our skilling, regulatory training, and capacity-building programs.
  • Pitch customized solutions aligned to client needs — from short-term workshops to long-term strategic interventions.
  • Draft proposals, make presentations, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
  • Liaise with internal teams for proposal execution, reporting, and project delivery.
  • Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reporting to leadership.

Key Skills & Requirements :

  • 5 - 15 years of B2B sales or Institutional partnership experience (preferably in Education, skilling, CSR, or consulting sectors).
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand training needs and map them to tailored program solutions.
  • Experience with government proposals, CSR programs, or corporate L&D will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable with targets, business development metrics, and consultative selling.
