Data Integration : Ensure seamless integration of customer data from multiple sources, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
Performance Analysis : Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to optimize system efficiency.
Technical Support : Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing system-related queries and issues.
Data Management : Oversee data quality, data governance, and data stewardship activities to ensure accurate and reliable customer data.
Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, Oracle consultants, including IT, Product, marketing, and sales, to align system capabilities with business needs.
Training : Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle CDP and CDM :
Education : Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : Proven experience in configuring and managing Oracle CDP and CDM systems.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and data modeling. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Unity Cloud applications is a plus.
