Job descriptionAuthor structured datasets for AI model training. Perform SQL-based validation and data analysis. Map business processes into ServiceNow enterprise scenarios. Use JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. Work with APIs (REST / SOAP) for integrations. Work with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies. 4–6 years ServiceNow experience. 2+ years CSM or HRSD hands-on. Strong knowledge of workflows, SLAs, cases, knowledge modules. Strong JSON authoring and SQL skills. Good understanding of prompt-engineering concepts. CSA, CIS–ITSM, CIS–HRSD Agile methodology Experience preparing AI training data

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules. The role involves workflow creation, process automation, JSON / structured data handling, and working on AI-driven training data preparation.
