About the Role : We are looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our US Healthcare Operations team as Trainees in Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) .

This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in the healthcare outsourcing domain through structured training and real-world exposure.

Key Responsibilities : Participate in structured training programs on US healthcare systems, RCM processes, and medical billing.

Assist in claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and credentialing activities.

Support the operations team in achieving performance and quality benchmarks.

Maintain accuracy and compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer policies.

Demonstrate learning agility, teamwork, and adaptability to grow into specialized roles.
