Hypermatica Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, including custom development, integrations, and data migration. They will be responsible for delivering complex and scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with client stakeholders, and ensuring quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.

Key Responsibilities :

Proven experience of Salesforce development focusing on Lightning framework, Apex, LWC and Visualforce
Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable and secure solutions.
Programming experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Strong knowledge of SOQL.
Analyze company processes and develop CRM workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs.
Understanding of Salesforce platform best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and custom solutions.

Candidate should have :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform.

Proficient in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.

Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
