Your Mission

You’ll be at the forefront of Spartek’s B2B growth — spearheading large project wins,

Building deep influencer networks, and leading our institutional presence across regions

Job Summary :

The group, apart from consolidating current businesses is introducing a number of new projects as start-ups and product launches, some of which have already proved successful market pilot launches and are in different stages of growth to multiple cities. The conceptualisation, initial implementation & monitoring stages till commercialisation are directly led by the Chairman's office.

Key Responsibilities

  • The candidate should be an MBA / Engineer / CA graduate with experience in sales & marketing / finance / project execution areas from reputed companies.
  • Candidates should be good in IT, technology friendly and proficient in Business / Financial models & feasibility reports.
  • The candidate must be entrepreneurial in mind, have experience / capability for strategy, execution and P&L understanding, with project management skills.
  • Candidates must have good communication, initiative, and analytical skills and be result oriented.
  • The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.
  • They should be capable of growing into senior level management within the organisation by successful performance.

Key Skills :

Initiative, Self Starter, Leadership Quality, Sound Knowledge / Experience in Business Strategy, Operations Management, Project Execution, Financial Modelling, Marketing, Product and Brand Launches. Should be technology friendly and familiar with handling digital marketing, Social Media Tools.
