Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical initiatives and contribute to team leadership with a tactical and strategic mindset.
• Architect, design, and develop APIs and microservices using modern frameworks.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle : collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams.
• Deliver iterative, high-quality, and scalable solutions aligned with product roadmaps.
• Develop RESTful microservices using an API-first approach and integrate with customer systems.
• Actively participate in CICD, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure initiatives (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Champion code quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across the engineering :
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in .Net and C#.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Ember, or others).
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Deep understanding of API design and development.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience in cloud-native development (AWS or GCP).
• Demonstrated experience building large-scale, consumer-facing SaaS Skills and Experience :
• Experience with specific cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability techniques.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
