• Content maintenance : Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency, and update content as products evolve.
• Research : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices by conducting research on technical subjects.
• Quality assurance : Ensure all content adheres to company style guides, brand voice, and industry standards.
